By enrolling in a membership plan with The Office Consulting Agency, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding auto-renewal: 1. Auto-Renewal Policy: All membership plans are set to automatically renew at the end of the initial term (e.g., 6 months). After the initial term, the membership will continue on a month-to-month basis unless canceled. The payment method provided at the time of enrollment will be automatically charged the monthly membership fee on the renewal date. Auto-renewal ensures uninterrupted access to all services included in your plan. 2. Cancellation Terms: To cancel auto-renewal after the initial term, clients must provide written notice at least 15 days prior to the next billing cycle. Cancellation requests can be submitted via email to Achieve@OfficeConsultingAgency.com. Failure to provide timely cancellation notice will result in the next billing cycle being processed. 3. Payment Terms: Monthly payments are non-refundable once charged. Any changes to the payment method or billing details must be communicated in writing at least 5 days prior to the billing date. 4. Plan Modifications: Changes to the membership terms, pricing, or services will be communicated to members 30 days in advance of the renewal date. Continued enrollment after changes are communicated will signify acceptance of the updated terms. 5. Responsibility: It is the client's responsibility to ensure accurate and up-to-date payment information is on file. The Office Consulting Agency is not responsible for service interruptions due to declined payments or outdated payment details.
