Our Mobile Notary Policy

The Office Notary Services provides mobile notary support tailored to business needs. A minimum appointment fee of $125 is required to confirm your appointment, which includes one notarization and travel within a 10-mile radius. Each additional notarized signature is $10, per Arizona state law. Our services focus exclusively on business-related documents, such as contracts, corporate forms, commercial agreements, employment records, and financial authorizations.

Travel Fee: Billed at $0.445 per mile (round trip). Every additional 5 miles beyond the included radius adds a $25 fee.

Additional Signers: $30 per person
Witness Fees:

$30 per witness (provided by client)
$95 per witness (provided by our agency)
$30 for a credible witness (must meet Arizona requirements)

Extended Time at Signing Table: $75 per additional hour
After-Hours Appointments: $50 (before 8 AM or after 5 PM)
Document Pickup/Delivery: $30 plus mileage
Additional Printing: $1 per printed page

Specialized Business Services:

Apostille Processing: Starts at $150 (based on document type)
I-9 Employment Verification: $50
Business Loan Signing Packages: Priced upon request

We do not offer wedding officiant, car title transfer, or personal notary services.

Appointment Scheduling: Same-day appointments may be available if scheduling allows, but 24–48 hours’ notice is preferred.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:
Clients may reschedule once without a new booking fee if at least 12 hours’ notice is given.
Cancellations do not qualify for a refund of the booking or travel fee.
Prepaid fees may be credited to a future appointment (valid for 30 days).
No-shows or cancellations made less than 4 hours before the scheduled time will forfeit all prepaid fees.

Payment Methods: All payments must be made before notarization begins. We accept: Credit/Debit Card, Zelle, CashApp, Venmo, PayPal

Client Responsibilities:

Valid, unexpired government-issued ID must be presented
Signer must be present and competent
Document must be prepared in advance, with signature section left blank
We do not provide legal advice or draft documents.
