By accessing our website, booking a consultation, submitting a form, making a payment, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

The Office Event, LLC is an event management, communications, and marketing & branding firm that helps organizations strengthen their brands, engage stakeholders, and execute meaningful experiences.

Our services may include event management, event strategy, communications planning, stakeholder messaging, marketing strategy, brand messaging, content development, campaign support, and related consulting services.

 

2. Services

The Office Event, LLC provides professional services in the following areas:

  • Event management and event strategy

  • Communications strategy and messaging

  • Marketing and branding support

  • Content planning and development

  • Campaign planning and promotional support

  • Stakeholder and audience engagement strategy

  • Brand-aligned event and communication experiences

All services are provided based on the scope, timeline, and deliverables outlined in a written proposal, invoice, service agreement, or project confirmation.

The Office Event, LLC does not provide legal, financial, tax, credit repair, medical, or investment advice. Any information shared through our services is for general business, communications, marketing, branding, or event-related purposes only.

 

3. Consultations and Bookings

Consultations may be required before beginning a project. Booking a consultation does not guarantee that The Office Event, LLC will accept the project.

We reserve the right to decline any project that is outside our service scope, conflicts with our values, creates a conflict of interest, or cannot be completed within the requested timeline.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information during consultations and throughout the project.

 

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information

  • Respond to questions, approvals, and feedback within agreed timelines

  • Provide access to necessary files, brand materials, content, platforms, or contacts

  • Review deliverables carefully before approval or publication

  • Follow all applicable laws, regulations, and platform rules related to their business or organization

  • Make payments according to the agreed schedule

Delays in client communication, approvals, payments, or required materials may delay the project timeline.

 

5. Payments

Payment terms will be listed in the applicable invoice, proposal, service agreement, or project confirmation.

Unless otherwise stated, deposits, consultation fees, and payments for services already rendered are non-refundable.

Late payments may result in paused work, delayed deliverables, cancellation of services, or additional fees. The Office Event, LLC reserves the right to charge late fees where permitted by law and as outlined in the applicable agreement or invoice.

 

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients must submit cancellation or rescheduling requests in writing.

For consultations, rescheduling may be allowed based on availability. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the consultation fee.

For projects, cancellation terms will depend on the work completed, project timeline, vendor commitments, and any non-refundable expenses already incurred.

The client remains responsible for payment for work completed, time reserved, materials purchased, vendor commitments, and any approved expenses incurred before cancellation.

 

7. Event Services and Vendor Responsibilities

For event-related services, The Office Event, LLC may assist with planning, coordination, timelines, vendor communication, guest experience, event marketing, and related support.

Unless specifically stated in writing, The Office Event, LLC is not responsible for the performance, availability, pricing, policies, delays, cancellations, damages, or errors of third-party vendors, venues, speakers, caterers, rental companies, technology providers, or other external partners.

Clients are responsible for reviewing and signing vendor contracts, venue agreements, insurance requirements, permits, and other event-related obligations unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

8. Third-Party Platforms and Tools

The Office Event, LLC may use third-party platforms and tools to support design, communication, content development, project management, scheduling, website updates, marketing workflows, and client collaboration.

These may include platforms such as Canva, ChatGPT, Wix, Microsoft 365, and other business tools.

The Office Event, LLC is not responsible for outages, changes, data loss, service interruptions, pricing changes, account restrictions, or errors caused by third-party platforms.

Use of any third-party platform is subject to that platform’s own terms, conditions, and privacy policies.

 

9. Content, Approvals, and Accuracy

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all final content, designs, messaging, event details, marketing materials, website copy, and other deliverables before use or publication.

Once a client approves a deliverable, The Office Event, LLC is not responsible for errors, omissions, outdated information, compliance issues, or results related to the approved material.

The client is responsible for ensuring that all claims, statements, offers, dates, pricing, event details, and business information are accurate and legally compliant.

 

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated in writing, The Office Event, LLC retains ownership of its internal processes, templates, systems, frameworks, strategy methods, concepts, drafts, and working files.

After full payment is received, the client may use final approved deliverables for their intended business or organizational purpose.

The client may not resell, redistribute, copy, license, or claim ownership of The Office Event, LLC’s internal templates, systems, frameworks, strategy documents, or proprietary materials unless permission is provided in writing.

The Office Event, LLC reserves the right to display non-confidential work in portfolios, case studies, marketing materials, social media, or website examples unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

 

11. Client Materials and Permissions

Clients represent that they have the legal right to use any logos, images, videos, copy, trademarks, brand assets, music, documents, testimonials, or other materials provided to The Office Event, LLC.

The Office Event, LLC is not responsible for copyright, trademark, licensing, privacy, or ownership disputes related to materials provided by the client.

 

12. Confidentiality

The Office Event, LLC will take reasonable steps to protect confidential client information shared during the course of a project.

Confidential information does not include information that is publicly available, independently developed, already known, or required to be disclosed by law.

If a separate confidentiality agreement or non-disclosure agreement is needed, it must be requested and signed before confidential information is shared.

 

13. Results and No Guarantees

The Office Event, LLC works to provide professional, strategic, and high-quality services. However, we do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to revenue growth, ticket sales, attendance numbers, media coverage, social media engagement, search engine rankings, customer responses, funding outcomes, sponsorships, or business performance.

Results may vary based on client participation, market conditions, audience behavior, timing, budget, third-party platforms, and other factors outside our control.

 

14. Website Use

Users agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, copy website content without permission, interfere with website functionality, submit false information, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, images, designs, and brand elements, is owned by or licensed to The Office Event, LLC unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized use is prohibited.

 

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Office Event, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, reputational harm, or third-party claims arising from the use of our website or services.

Our total liability for any claim related to services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

 

16. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Office Event, LLC, its owners, team members, contractors, and representatives from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from client-provided materials, inaccurate information, misuse of deliverables, violation of laws, third-party claims, or breach of these Terms.

 

17. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services in writing according to the terms outlined in the applicable service agreement, invoice, or project confirmation.

Termination does not remove the client’s responsibility to pay for services completed, time spent, expenses incurred, or approved vendor commitments made before termination.

The Office Event, LLC may terminate or pause services if a client fails to pay, does not communicate, provides false information, requests unethical or unlawful work, or violates these Terms.

 

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

Any disputes related to these Terms, our website, or our services shall be handled in the appropriate courts located in Arizona, unless otherwise required by law.

 

19. Updates to These Terms

The Office Event, LLC may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of our website or services after updates are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
