Service Description & Limitations

The Office Event, LLC provides professional business services, including but not limited to:
• Business consulting, strategic planning, and operational systems
• Market research, brand development, and compliance documentation
• Credit education, technology integration, and member-based services
• Business notary services for commercial documents only

Our services are advisory in nature. We do not guarantee legal, financial, or operational outcomes. Clients are responsible for implementing recommendations and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws.

 

Payment Terms, Refunds, and Cancellations

Payment Terms:
Payment is due as outlined in your service agreement or invoice. Late payments are subject to a 5% monthly late fee.

Refunds:
Payments for services already rendered are non-refundable.
Prepaid services may be refunded only if the project has not begun, subject to approval.

Cancellations:
Cancellations must be submitted in writing and follow the notice period outlined in your agreement.

 

Client Responsibilities

By working with The Office Event, LLC, clients agree to:
• Provide accurate, timely, and complete information needed to deliver services
• Review and respond to deliverables, feedback, or questions within agreed timelines
• Follow all applicable laws and compliance measures related to their services
Failure to meet these responsibilities may delay deliverables or incur additional charges.

Intellectual Property

Once full payment is received, all deliverables become the client’s intellectual property.
The Office Event, LLC retains the right to reference non-confidential work for portfolio or marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

All services are provided “AS IS” with no warranties, guarantees, or implied outcomes.
We are not responsible for results impacted by third-party vendors, tools, software, or failure to follow recommendations.

 

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services with written notice in accordance with your service agreement.
Termination does not waive payment obligations for services already delivered.

 

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in Arizona courts.

Changes to Terms

The Office Event, LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Significant updates will be posted or sent via email at least 30 days in advance.
