Refund & Cancellation Policy​

​Eligibility Criteria for Refunds
Refunds are only issued for services that have not yet been rendered or accessed. This includes:

Services not yet scheduled or fulfilled

Programs not yet started

Digital products not yet accessed
If services have begun (including strategy development, planning, or document creation), refunds are not available.
Service-Specific Policies
Business Consulting & Strategy

Booking fees are non-refundable.

Refunds are not granted once project work, consultations, or strategy planning begins.

15 days' written notice is required to cancel a scheduled service for partial refund eligibility (excluding booking fee).
Training Programs & Digital Services

Training registrations are non-refundable once materials are sent or the session begins.

Refunds are available if cancellation is submitted 7 days prior to the program start date.

Downloadable content and digital tools are non-refundable.
Business Notary Services

A $125 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure appointments.

Travel and notary fees are refundable only if cancellation is received at least 12 hours in advance.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows forfeit all prepaid fees.
Technology Solutions

Discovery or strategy sessions are non-refundable once held.

Refunds for tech services are only available before hands-on implementation or setup has begun.
Memberships & Subscriptions

Membership fees and auto-renewing subscriptions are non-refundable once charged.

Cancel anytime to avoid future charges.
Rescheduling Policy

Clients may reschedule one time without a new booking fee if at least 12 hours’ notice is given (for notary or service-based appointments).

For all other services, rescheduling must occur at least 48 hours in advance.
Non-Refundable Charges Include

Booking and consultation fees

Admin setup or research hours

Completed portions of any project or service

Digital or downloadable resources

Expedited or after-hours fees

Witness or delivery service fees (for notary)
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
