Cancellation Policy
This policy outlines the terms, scope, and conditions for booking a Focused 1:1 Strategy Session with The Office Event, LLC. Please review the details carefully before booking: 1. Service Description This session focuses on creating a custom business action plan with clear, practical steps tailored to your immediate business needs. Please note: This is not a full business plan service or a financial forecasting session. 2. Pricing & Payment Fee: $150 per hour* Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session. *Additional time (if approved) will be billed at $150/hour. 3. Booking & Confirmation All sessions must be scheduled through our website. A confirmation email with session details will be sent upon booking. 4. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancel up to 24 hours before your session for a full refund. Late cancellations or no-shows (within 24 hours) will forfeit the session fee. Rescheduling is allowed once, with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. 5. Scope & Deliverables Deliverables include a personalized action plan with defined goals and next steps, delivered by email after the session. Follow-up questions are accepted within 48 hours post-session and will be addressed as time allows. 6. Session Platform Sessions are held via Google Meet, phone, or in person (if applicable). Please ensure reliable internet or phone service for virtual sessions. 7. Refunds No refunds for completed sessions, even if the action plan is not implemented.
