Complimentary Discovery Session Policy This policy outlines the terms and conditions for scheduling and attending a free 30 minute Complimentary session with The Office Event, LLC. Please read carefully before booking. 1. Eligibility - The free Complimentary session is available to first-time clients only. - Each client is entitled to one free session. Additional sessions will incur a standard session fee per hour. 2. Booking Process - Calls are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. - Clients will receive a confirmation email with meeting details upon successful booking. 3. Cancellations and Rescheduling - Cancellation Notice: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel. - Rescheduling: You may reschedule your call once, subject to availability. Missed calls without notice will not be rescheduled. - No-Show Policy: If you do not attend the scheduled call without prior notice, the free offer will be forfeited. 4. Call Platform - All discovery calls will be conducted via Zoom or phone.
